If an interview or orientation are required prior to fully on-boarding a volunteer; you can have \u201cApplicants\u201d or \u201cIn process\u201d volunteers sign up for these activities through their online volunteer profile. We will start by creating a new <em><strong>Activity Category<\/strong> <\/em>to manage these processes. <\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1.
