Select \u201cBCC to Contacts\u201d if you wish to include someone who does not have a profile in Volunteer Impact as a recipient. The profile will be added to the list for future use.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. Select an Email Template to use, if you have created one.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2653 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.betterimpact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2018\/04\/Picture2-17.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"974\" height=\"570\" \/><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. Enter the email Subject (maximum 200 characters).<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 5. Enter the body of the message (text only, although you can use a variety of formatting options including tables and use the File Manager to insert images or links to files).<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>*TIP: If you want to include the first or last name of your recipient in the body of your email, go to \u201cInsert\u201d and select either \u201cFirst name place holder\u201d or \u201cLast name place holder\u201d. Select the \u201cPriority\u201d and\/or \u201cRead Receipt\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>*NOTE: These features may not be available on all email providers used by your volunteers, so your recipients may not see a \u201cpriority\u201d or a \u201cread receipt\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 8. Check \u201cCC me\u201d to have a copy of the email sent to the address associated with your profile. A list of the recipients will appear at the bottom of that message. The selection you make will be remembered the next time you return to send a mobile email.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 9. Select the desired Module(s) associated with this message. Only administrators of the selected modules will be able to see this email in the history. Click the [Send Email] button (if the email is going to more than one person, a confirmation dialog will appear asking you to acknowledge that you are sure you want to send the email).<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"> <strong> *Note you can also send an email to an individual volunteer from within their profile.
