STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Allowing volunteers to self schedule can save you time and ensure that qualified volunteers of a specific status can see and get the assignments they are best suited for. Follow the instructions below to automatically assign volunteers to their requested shifts when they sign up for them.

1. Go to: Activities >> Manage Activities.

2. Hover over the options icon to the left of the activity you would like to select and click ‘edit’.

3. Go to the Visibility and Automation tab.

4. Check off ‘Self-Scheduling’ to automatically assign the volunteers who ‘sign up’.

5. Click [Save].
