STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to: Configuration >> eLearning Modules and click the [Add New eLearning Module] button.

2. Enter the name of the Module (this will be visible to the volunteers).

3. Add internal notes about the module that you only want administrators to see.

4. Leave ‘active and available for volunteers to complete’ box checked.

5. Select the qualification associated with the eLearning module.

6. Choose the qualification level that will be required.

7. If your qualification has an expiry date, enter the number of months the qualification is valid for and the number of days before the qualification expires that the volunteer can retake the module.

8. Enter a passing score (expressed as a percentage).

9. Adjust the default messages the volunteers will automatically receive upon completion of the eLearning module (based on whether they passed, failed or already have the qualification or if the eLearning module is inactive).

10. Click [Save].
